I think that information does depend on the people how recognize what a symbol or anything else means. The information only depends on if people are willing to except what other people choose to be relevent.
I also think that the art work that artist use to not quite make fun of information but pick on the galibility of humans to except it.

Nice use of fonts and colors! Please notice the important idea about information that Prof.Rocha mentioned in the class, namely that it is a relation.It will be nice to see more comments from you showing a deeper understanding.
